Description: 

CYAML (Non-Blood Sample): Fluorescence In situ hybridization (FISH) Is performed to detect deletion of 5q/loss of 5, deletion of 7q/loss of 7, deletion of 17p13 (TP53), gain of 8, deletion of 20q, RUNX1T1/RUNX1 gene fusion, MLL rearrangement, PML/RARA gene fusion and inversion of 16 from non-blood samples.

BCYAML (Blood Sample): Fluorescence In situ hybridization (FISH) Is performed to detect deletion of 5q/loss of 5, deletion of 7q/loss of 7,deletion of 17p13 (TP53), gain of 8, deletion of 20q, RUNX1T1/RUNX1 gene fusion, MLL rearrangement, PML/RARA gene fusion and inversion of 16 from leukemic blood samples.
