Description: 

CYCLL (Non-Blood Sample): Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) Is performed to detect deletion of 11q22.3 (ATM), gain of 12, deletion of 13q14 (DLEU1), translocation 11/14 (CCND1/IGH) gene fusion and deletion of 17p13 (TP53) gene from non-blood samples.

BCYCLL (Blood Sample): Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) Is performed to detect deletion of 11q22.3 (ATM), gain of 12, deletion of 13q14 (DLEU1), translocation 11/14 (CCND1/IGH) gene fusion and deletion of 17p13 (TP53) gene from leukemic blood samples.
