DUP1Q (Non-Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed using CDKN2C/CKS1B FISH probe to detect  amplication or duplication on chromosome 1q21.3 from non-blood samples.

BDUP1Q (Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed using CDKN2C/CKS1B FISH probe to detect  amplication or duplication of chromosome 1q21.3 (CKS1B) from leukemic blood samples.
