INV3Q (NonBlood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed using the RPN1/MECOM FISH probe to detect MECOM rearrangement and/or chromosome 3q21q26 inversion from non-blood samples.

BINV3Q (Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed using the RPN1/MECOM FISH probe to detect MECOM rearrangement and chromosome 3q21q26 inversion from leukemic blood samples.
