INV16Q (Non-Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed to detect CBFB rearrangement [commonly caused by inv(16)(p13.1q22) or t(16;16)(p13.1;q22) ] from non-blood samples.

BINV16 (Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed to detect CBFB rearrangement [commonly caused by inv(16)(p13.1q22) or t(16;16)(p13.1;q22) ] from leukemic blood samples.
