M7D7Q (Non-Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed using the CEP7/D7S486 FISH probe to detec deletion of 7q or loss of a chromosome 7 from non-blood samples.

BM7D7Q (Blood Sample): Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (FISH) is performed using the CEP7/D7S486 FISH probe to detect the deletion 7q and loss of a chromosome 7 from leukemic blood samples.
