Description

PMDS (Non-Blood Sample): Fluorescence In situ hybridization (FISH) is performed to detect deletion of 5q or loss of a chromosome 5, deletion of 7q or loss of a chromosome 7, gain of chromosome 8, MLL (11q23) rearrangement from pediatric non-blood samples.

BPMDS (Blood Sample): Fluorescence In situ hybridization (FISH) is performed to detect deletion of 5q or loss of a chromosome 5, deletion of 7q or loss of a chromosome 7, gain of chromosome 8, MLL (11q23) rearrangement from pediatric blood samples.
